Those who are interested in affirming a commitment to Jesus Christ and this church family are invited to join. The Class “making commitments”, led by the Pastor, is offered periodically throughout the year for those interested in learning more about First Presbyterian Church of Branson. It meets in a three-hour seminar setting. Its content includes:
- a presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
- an explanation of the Purpose-Driven Model,
- a brief history of the Presbyterian Church,
- a presentation on Covenant Groups with an opportunity to join a group, and
- an offer to become members.
New Members are received into our congregation during Sunday morning services twice a year, Pentecost and November - Harvest Time followed with a reception luncheon.
